Belong Circles

The in-between deserves belonging too.

Small social groups for neurodiverse adults who manage their day-to-day with light support, and are still looking for their people and their place in the community.

✔ Designed for adults in the in-between: independent enough that intensive services don’t fit, but still searching for belonging in their community and workplace.

✔ Monthly small groups where Friends try new things together and grow social and workplace skills naturally, side by side.

✔ Stepping stones toward work and community life, like real job skills and workplace visits.

The Social-First Difference

Many organizations do meaningful work helping those with intellectual differences. Called to Belong starts from a unique—and complementary—place. As neurodiverse adolescents reach adulthood, the need for friendship, relationship, and true belonging becomes one of the most critical factors in their wellbeing. Every space we build is designed around human interaction. Social connection isn't just a benefit of programming. It's the foundation. Belonging isn't the outcome. It's our starting point.
